We have a standard £4.99 delivery charge no matter how many items you order.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but please allow 7 working days for actual delivery.
Please note: Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following day.
Orders placed after 12 pm on Friday evening will be dispatched the following Monday, subject to UK Bank Holidays.
For security reasons all deliveries must be signed for.
UK delivery includes: Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands - Jersey and Guernsey
OVERSEAS DELIVERY
We offer delivery to a wide range of international destinations.
International shipping is charged according to the destination of the parcel.
Within Europe: £8.99 - International Recorded delivery - allow 10 working days for delivery.
Rest of the world: £15.00 - International Recorded delivery - allow 14 working days for delivery.

RETURNS
You can return goods to Zaffaella Shoes within 7 days of delivery. Products must be returned unworn, in a saleable condition, and in their original packaging with any labels still attached.
Whilst in your possession and during return transit the items are your responsibility. Subject to availability we will replace or if preferred refund in full within 14 days after we receive the return goods.
To return an item:
If you have an account with us please log into your account and fill in a return request. You can do this by clicking on 'Completed Order' then 'Return items' where you can now fill in a return request. We would need this to process a return.
We suggest you use a recorded delivery method, which requires signature upon delivery to return items.
Zaffaella Shoes cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of returns.
REFUNDS
Refunds would not include postage and packaging, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Returned items which are not in new, unused condition or returned after the approval period of 7 days would not be refunded to your account.
We do not give refunds on custom made goods.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange your returned items for a different size, colour or alternative item if they are available. It will be processed as a new order and you will need to pay a postage fee to have the new items redelivered.
